Instead of a traditional No. 1 through No. 8 list, we asked our writers to pick one team in each conference to make the playoffs after missing last year, as well as one team in each conference that made the playoffs last year but won't this time around.
From there, we have our conference champions and Stanley Cup predictions, too.
