The seemingly boisterous, but overall well-behaved Cavs crowd at The Q had a few bad apples in The King's return.
The Cavaliers announced after the game that one fan was arrested for unruly behavior, and four others were ejected. Also, arena security confiscated 12 inappropriate T-shirts and 24 signs that were "offensive," according to WKYC-TV in Cleveland.
According to the same report, one fan tried to burn a LeBron Cavs jersey next to a patrol car outside the arena. The officer asked the fan to stop. The fan obliged and walked away.
The Cavs have been working with the NBA and Cleveland Police Department for about three months to come up with a security plan for James' return. Overall, the crowd booed, chanted, hollered and, as expected, expressed their outrage over James' departure from the franchise last June. All in all, reports indicate there wasn't much worse than that.
