Thierry Henry Fined by MLS Disciplinary Committee

Filed under: MLS, FC Dallas, New York Red BullsThierry Henry has been fined $2,000 by the MLS Disciplinary Committee for an incident involving the French striker and FC Dallas goalkeeper Kevin Hartman in a match last Thursday.

Henry will not be suspended, meaning he'll be in the lineup for Friday's mega-match between the Red Bulls and Los Angeles Galaxy.

The incident occurred when Henry attempted to kick a dead ball back into the net after Mehdi Ballouchy scored the Red Bulls first goal of the match, in first-half stoppage time

Instead, he got a piece of Hartman, who had to leave the contest with an injured MCL.
