Darrelle Revis Out vs. Buffalo With Hamstring Injury

Whatever it was that took place at the New York Jets' practice facility this morning in New Jersey regarding Pro Bowl cornerback Darrelle Revis, the end result is still the same -- Revis will not play Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.

During today's practice, Revis actually participated on a limited basis, fueling speculation that there might be a change in his status for the Jets' third consecutive game against an AFC East opponent and second on the road.

On Thursday he told reporters he wasn't playing and Jets coach Rex Ryan reiterated that his best defensive player wasn't going to make the trip to Buffalo, but until the official injury report came out a little over two hours ago the Bills still had no clue.

Revis, offensive tackle Wayne Hunter (shin) and linebacker Jamaal Westerman (ankle) are all officially out and center Nick Mangold (shoulder) and linebacker Calvin Pace (foot) are questionable.
