Vince Young appears very, very likely to play Sunday against San Diego.The Tennessee Titans quarterback not only practiced full a second consecutive day Friday, he was listed as probable on the team's final injury report of the week.
"There is a good chance Vince will start," Titans coach Jeff Fisher said.
Young, the Titans' starter in the first five games of the season, missed this past Sunday's victory over Philadelphia after sustaining knee and ankle sprains against Jacksonville Oct. 18.
Meanwhile, linebacker Jamie Winborn (shoulder), cornerback Ryan Mouton (hamstring) and defensive tackle Tony Brown (knee) have been ruled out, Fisher said.
