Vince Young Misses Practice for Second Consecutive Day

The Tennessee Titans' quarterback situation remained uncertain Thursday.

Vince Young, the Titans' starting quarterback, did not practice for a second consecutive day Thursday after sustaining what Titans' Head Coach Jeff Fisher said were mild ankle and knee sprains against Jacksonville Monday. Young said his status remains day to day.

Young's backup, Kerry Collins, returned to practice after missing a light practice Wednesday with a right finger injury.

According to Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean, Young walked "slowly Thursday wearing a black wrap on his left knee."

"I am getting better every day," Young told Wyatt.
